AniFestROZAFA is an international competitive and festive event and festival by children and for children. The event includes trainings, seminars, workshops and the international festival of animated films made by children and for children. The "AniFestROZAFA 2010" Event was a successful experience with its trainings, seminars and workshops, where a group of children from Shkodra participated and by the end, they managed to make an animated film titled "Koka bën koka pëson" (To face the consequences), with a film length of 2 min.

The international festival of animated films by children and for children is designed to admit for competition the following film categories: 1-  films made by children, 2- films made by students of schools and academies of animated film, and 3- animated films made for children.     

The international event "AniFestROZAFA 2011" will be organized in September 12 - 18 in Shkodra  (Albania). 

AniFestROZAFA is the only international competitive event of this genre in Albania.

The creators of the animated film and the artist children from all over the world, who deal with making animated films, are welcome to present their works. This competitive and festive event offers a unique opportunity for participants to make a common animated film during their stay in the city of Shkodra.

AniFestROZAFA is also the synonym of a meeting place for the Albanian and foreign artists, and an additional opportunity to get to know with the history of this place, that is rich in legends and monuments
